Be A Witness of His Goodness

Jesus said in Acts 1:8, “You will be my witnesses, telling people about me everywhere” (NLT).

When I hear the word “witness,” I think of a courtroom. It’s a perfect picture of what God’s asking us to do to make a difference in the world.

He doesn’t tell us to be the attorney, arguing the case. He doesn’t tell us to be the judge, judging other people. He wants us to be his witnesses.

“He answered, “Whether He is a sinner I do not know. There is one thing I do know: I was blind, but now I see!” John 9:25

The truth shared in scripture is timeless, because God is timeless. He doesn’t change with the times, He controls the times.

This post is titled, “Seeing with the Eyes of Faith“. Allow the Holy Spirit to speak to you as you seek truth from the word of God.
